which macbook to buy

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a refurbished Apple MacBook Pro 13" (C2D) 8GB RAM 500GB HDD to run music programs such as Logic (using audio and samples) efficiently, memory-wise, space-wise without labouring the system. I'd want to use it in a studio, and live capacity. Would this particular spec on this MacBook be sufficient for the job?

I would appreciate your expert advice.

Hello,

This Macintosh should be sufficient in what you need although I would say the RAM is a tad low for running Logic Pro. You would be better off finding a unit that has at least 16GB.
