deleting old backups
how do you delete old backups, my phone is saying i have no storage because of old back ups and when i plug my phone into itunes it says i have no old one to delete. HELP.
If you are looking on your computer's iTunes you are looking for backups on that computer, not iCloud backups.
If you have backups of old devices that you no longer want, on your phone you can go to Settings > id > iCloud > Manage Storage > Backups > select backup > Delete Backup
