There are a few fair references to try & use to resolve this matter..

• If Safari can't open the page because too many redirects occurred - Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203370

And here's another rather lengthy one:

• How to fix when Safari gets redirected to Bing on your MacBook - AppleToolBox

https://appletoolbox.com/safari-gets-redirected-to-bing-on-macbook-how-to-fix

Further past the blank spaces (that I see in above) there are additional info links;

these also appear to resolve by scrolling past the excessive white space ~ with their

own explanations and without using these links.

You could also get & use Malwarebytes for Mac (from maker site) that will run

free 'after introductory features' cease. I have both Malwarebytes & Etrecheck.

Several sites that offer cures, can be avoided once you discover the problem is

often due to something you've accidentally downloaded.

The 'bing redirect' is not a viri, however mostly akin to adware; an irksome badware.

The Malwarebytes for Mac can be useful to remove such items after free trial ends;

the basic kit still works and there are updates too that do not require payment.

As manual methods to remove the redirect issue from macOS go, they also work;

but you'd need to be sure the cause - and also bits of the mess - were gone, too.

My malwarebytes has been past free trial, and still can be useful; also the etrecheck

does several things. ~ These two products were devised by fellow Apple Community

contributors, who then went more public to offset costs of keeping on top of issues.

More info can be found among links at malwarebytes site (also has windows version)
