My telephone has a big green Line in the upper corner and a thin Line in the screen. Im in NOT home rigth now (im on summerbreak). What Should i do? I have read that it has happend to More people with a IPhone x. And its Apples mistake?

Sounds like a failure. Make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have Apple examine the phone.
If you close everything and just have the home screen displayed, does this still appear? Have you checked your wallpaper to ensure there is not a color like that in the corner area?

it came to reparation in the store we brought it in. Now they say there is water in my phone
