Payment declined

Just added a new Visa card with money on it to purchase Apple Music again and it keeps saying declined

Grievance Hello good day. Why does my Visa card keep getting declined and I have made several purchases and payments with said card with different systems but Apple is the only one that keeps declining it. It's really getting to be frustrating because I can no longer update my Apps and pay for my Apple Music.

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
