I got charged with 10 dollars but when I check my purchase history, it's not there

I got a message from my bank that said i got charged with 10 dollars but when i check my purchase history on apple its not there. So did i get scammed?

If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card and not found it, and if it's not : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support, contact the card issuer
