IPad 4th generation
Just received a refurbished iPad and does not allow me access. It goes on gives me language choices but I cannot get past that. Do I return it or is there a solution?

It sounds like there might be something wrong with the touch screen. I would first try to restore your iPad using iTunes on a Macintosh or Windows PC. Did you purchase the refurbished iPad from an Apple authorized dealer?
