Try to connect using Webmail (a very fancy term for surfing to your email account using a Browser) and use the "forgot my password" links provided by the web site.

Of course you needed to provide them beforehand with a recovery email address or phone number else where will they send you the new password to?

If you have Keychain set up you might have a symbol on the password field to choose the password stored in Keychain. It might also be in Safari, Preferences, Websites
