Dark center section of the tv using 4K TV

I upgraded to a Apple 4K TV and now have this dark section running across horizontally in the picture. This is fixed by restarting the Apple TV but over time it reappears.

What setting needs adjusted to eliminate this?

How to improve display brightness on Apple TV+ Apple + is way too dark. Dark scenes are black. My tv is not the issue. It does not matter which tv I use, my Visio, my Samsung and my LG plus my iPad each have been adjusted for settings, but the Apple + shows are very dark. AppleTV app Why does Apple TV dim the picture when streaming? I have a Samsung QLED TV to stream the Apple TV App. Ive seen this question posted before but the FIX option does not exist in my settings. Everyone suggested to go into Apple TV, go to General > Accessibility > Display Accommodations, then turn on Light Sensitivity. THIS DOES NOT EXIST in settings. There is no "Display Accommodations" in the app.

New cable along with no pass-through on soundbar worked.

Try another HDMI cable (make sure it is capable of 18GBPS for 4K/HDR).

Try another port

Make sure TV is correctly set for HDR

Test on another TV

Try a restore
