Can I get Apple Care after the 60 days of purchase but within the one year of purchase?

Can I get applecare after the 60 days of purchase but i’m within the one year of purchase? and if so how do I buy it?

No. You can only buy Apple Care within 60 days of having purchased the device or computer.
