My App Store Will Not Load After Installing iOS 6.1.6
I've tried changing the date, resetting the iPhone and Pressing on the Tabs 10 Times.
I Will Include Screenshots. Thanks
P.S Only the Updates,Top Charts and Genius Works Search and Featured Does Not. Please Help.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you haven't already done so, try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
I tried this it would work for like 2 times then it would go blank.
Which ones did you try? Did you try the factory reset?
Ive tried all of the fixes and none of them work.
