My friend has an iPad4 running iOs 10.3.3 - the latest system for an iPad 4.
She says she can't find any History record of her searches in Safaris. The word History is displayed but no further information.. My own iPad mini running 12.3.1 has slightly different display so I can\t help her..

On iPad Safari browsing history can viewed by opening Safari -> Tapping an icon that looks like an open book -> Then tapping on an icon of a clock.
