books not syncing

I've made sure that books is turned on for icloud syncing on all devices, yet only some older photos and a few really old documents are showing up in books. Why won't books sync?

Books Option for sync in iCloud Missing in Ventura Hi Team, I have downloaded epubs and have created scanned pdfs of my books in multiple Apple devices names my iPad Pro 2018, iPhone and on my iMac over several years. I need to download and sync all of my books in all my devices every time to be upto date. I had earlier synced my devices using the Finder -> devices -> sync books option for my connected devices and also in iCloud sync books option used to be present. Currently I don't see a sync option for Books in iCloud. Is this Books option deprecated or did apple feel none are using lets disable it, perhaps. Or is there an alternate way to make sure the sync is done automatically.

Books NOT Syncing Between macOS and iOS Both my iMac (macOS 15.1) and iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 15.6.1) are signed into the same Apple ID and iCloud syncing is enabled for Books. Unfortunately, when I download a new ePub and add it to Books (and a Collection within Books) on my iMac, the Book does NOT appear on my iPhone even a week later. What should I do to troubleshoot syncing Books from my iMac to my iPhone?

Books on iPad Are Gone and iPad will Not Sync with iCloud Drive across devices After an iOS update (I’m not sure which one) any documents in Apple Books I had previously on my iPad only are all gone. The Books library on my iPad is empty. It has been quite a while since I used Apple Books, but if Apple is going to implement an update that wipes out your entire library, perhaps they should warn users ahead of releasing the update. They might also tell you where to find your library if it isn’t missing and has instead been moved. Since my iPad Books Library is empty now, I have some pdf documents on my iMac in Books which I would like to sync across to my iPad. The note in the empty iPad Books Library window reads, “No Books to add books to this collection, go to your library and tap edit.” Unfortunately the “Edit” option is greyed out. Most of the solutions suggest making sure iCloud sync and iCloud Drive are turned on on each device. That is not the issue in this case. The iCloud settings are correct. What is the solution to syncing Books with iCloud Drive in this situation?
