Do you have an Individual subscription or a Family subscription?

If you have an Apple Music Individual subscription, then you can find it listed on the subscription page for your Apple ID account:

To activate Apple Music on your phone, verify that Show Apple Music and iCloud Music Library are activated in Settings﹥Music﹥.
