Walkie talkie

Both me and my friend are trying to use walkie-talkie. I’ve sent her an invitation. She can’t see it. She sent me an invitation. I can’t see it. We both can use FaceTime because we just got off FaceTimeing with each other. I’ve restarted my watch she’s restarted her watch. Neither one of them are able to get walkie talkie to work. Any ideas?

The Walkie Talkie function has been fixed in the latest release of the WatchOS (5.3) I had some issues after the update with the function but it appears to be working without any problems at the moment.

The Walkie Talkie Service is currently unavailable and offline for bug fixing. It will be available again when the problems have been resolved by Apple’s engineers.
