White spot on lock screen: not assistive touch
What is this white spot that appeared on my lock screen in the upper right hand corner? Assistive touch is off.

1 - Is the item you have circled only appearing on the Lock Screen?
2 - What happens when you restart your iPhone? If you haven't tried, follow these steps: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
3 - What is the operating system version number your iPhone is running? You can find it by going to Settings > General > About > Version.
4 - If you change the wallpaper on your Lock Screen, is there any change to the circled item?
