unauthorized bluetooth connections

At my home, I keep getting bluetooth connections with no option to forget or disconnect (i.e., no "i" Info button). These are all named "S01d55328204f9B3c" with one more letter appended to the end. With them coming and going constantly, I get kicked off of valid connections to bluetooth headphones. I scoured the house trying to figure out what they were - removing mouse receivers from PC's, etc., testing when the Tesla's gone, etc., but can't get them to stop. What security path allows a device to connect to my iPhone via bluetooth without me authorizing and without me having an option to disconnect or forget it?

iPhone 7, 12
