ring silent switch

Is there a way to have an indication displayed on an Iphone screen , when the ring silent is switched on?

iPhone 15 Silent Mode displays in Dynamic Island as either "On" or "Off, instead of "Ring" or "Silent" I noticed when I was watching a video on iPhone 15 that their phone displayed either Ring or Silent in the Dynamic Island. Mine only displays On or Off which I find less helpful. How can I get my phone to display the text Ring or Silent? Thanks in advance.

Icon for silent or ring mode can we enable any icon at the top which displays whether the phone is in silent mode or ringer mode?

No, it's available only when you activate/deactivate it, but it stays on screen for just a couple of seconds.
