Lets try restarting your iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until “Slide to power off..” appears. Once your iPad has powered off press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears. Please verify that your iPad is running the latest version of the system software. Settings -> General -> Software Update.
