On able to download iPhone app or sign into iCloud using Safari. Unable to download iCloud app or sign into iCloud using Safari.

Recently, I received a notification that my iCloud was full. I’d like to increase my storage and view the pictures that have been automatically saved but, when I try to download the iCloud app I receive the message that “the app requires specific features not available on this device”. When I sign on to iCloud using the Safari browser the only thing I seem to do is find my phone.

I easily signed in to iCloud and found my phone so, I do not believe it’s a log in issue. My iPhone XR is up to date (IOS 12.3.1) and automatically saving my photos. The problem is I’m not able to find my photos on iCloud or download the iCloud app.

TIA for any help!

iPhone XR, iOS 12

The iCloud App is for older devices that cannot run ios 11 or later. The iCloud.com website is not accessible on an iPhone.

On an iPhone XR you can use the Files App to access iCloud Drive.

For Photos synced to iCloud using iCloud Photo library, they should appear directly in the Photos App, as it simply syncs all photos in the camera roll.

There should be nothing in your camera roll, that is not in iCloud when using iCloud Photo Library.

For more specific iCloud usage management, you can go to Settings->Account(top of settings)->iCloud->Manage Storage
