note repeater always slighty behind

hi. ive had to stop using note repeater because its always slightly running behind the beat.

as soon as the notes have been recorded they play back in time.

its only when they are being 'repeated' that the latency happens.

ive tried lowering buffers, low latency mode etc etc.

any ideas?
