I opened a new iPhone XS bought from Apple Park visitor center in Cupertino, CA. When I try video calling this phone from WhatsApp, I see the right side of the screen in green instead of the normal color. Is this problem been reported before? I also see some red color on the screen. This is happening with both the front cam and normal camera on the iphone. Is there a solution for this?

That's not normal. I would suggest taking it to an Apple Store for a diagnostic. Be sure to back it up to iCloud or iTunes before bringing it in. There's always the chance that they offer a warranty replacement on the spot, which would require an exchange of your current iPhone. If you have the original receipt, that would also be helpful, although I'd think if it's new that checking the coverage online should be enough to verify that you have warranty coverage.
