Magsafe 2 serial number and warranty details?

I have recently bought a magsafe 2 charger from Target for my 15 inch Macbook pro 2015 model. I would like to know how can I confirm if this is under warranty and if it is, I would like to know what all is included in the warranty?

Magsafe charger My MagSafe charger isn’t charging anymore and John Lewis where I purchased it and which is still under guarantee need the serial number otherwise they can’t arrange a repair. Magsafe Charger Warranty Support I bought a Magsafe charger for my iPhone 8+ around October/November 2022. It ceased working in February 2023. It doesn't have a serial number on it so how can I verify warranty eligibility? I don't have a modern Mac in which to plug and scan it, as others have recommended.

Resellers have their own policies (and set their own prices).

You would have to ask Target what their warranty is on this equipment.
