DO NOT DISTURB while driving has stopped working.

I had to switch phones but before that, tech support had me wipe out my settings to prove the phone was broken. Got a replacement. Ever since, DO NOT DISTURB while driving has yet to work automatically. I’ve checked all settings and can’t get it. It’s says go to Settings > privacy > location services > and there should be a DO NOT DISTURB switch I can turn on/off. It’s not there (see pics)

Do Not Disturb is not in privacy settings. To use Do Not Disturb while driving, go to settings>do not disturb>do not disturb while driving>activate - set to what you want it to do.

I have a 2013 Honda Accord. It connects through the USB cable and also the bluetooth. If I get a call it's automatically routed there. Today I experimented with all three settings (when connected to car audio/automatic/manual) In all three cases, the DND auto text response did not work. Text did not come through however when I put phone on manual DND. Ever since I got this new phone, I have not had to press I AM NOT DRIVING once. I think it's the phone. My other location functions seem to be working.
