If you mean Airpods, then no the charging cases for them are not the ones that need to support 120v. The 120V is Alternate Current. The charging case uses 5 volts Direct Current from any available USB port.
The standard Apple power adapters that come with iPhones or iPads are universal and support voltages from 100 to 240 volts. All you need is plug adapter so you can connect them to the outlet you want. You can then plug the charging case to one of those power adapters via their USB port to charge the Airpods.

Thank you for the lessons, although, the educated man would have known what I was talking about, concerning the product. You are intelligent and I ultimately thank you. So, if I use the EarPod USB cable and plug it into my iPhone charging plug in, will I get the results you spoke of.?

Correct. Yes. The Charger is what needs to support the 120 volts AC. The iPhone charger do so. So yes, you will get those results.
iPods are not headphones.
Earplugs are things you place in your ear to block noise, they don’t require a charge.
