Can't reset Security questions

I have reviewed a few posts regarding not being able to reset my security questions. Each of the examples given to reset the security questions don't work. Customer support is terrible as there is no link or anything to speak to a support person to try to address the issue. No matter how many times I try, I always get the same message.


Cannot Reset Security Questions

We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.


It should not be this difficult to get help!!!!

Apple Support by e-mail or chat    Work through the screens to get a chat option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
