This Computer Cannot Be Transferred

Have been using my icloud music library very happily on my multi user work machine, however, I now get this message when i open Apple Music:

This computer cannot be transferred.

You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 71 days.

Any idea how to sort this? Seems ridiculous that only one apple ID may be able to be associated with a multi user machine. Surely this issue has come up many times before?
