Photos on my mac has stopped updating from the cloud. The status shows the number of photos/videos but it hasn't updated since the end of June. It doesn't show anything like "Updating" or anything like that.
I have repaired the library, moved it to another disk, but nothing seems to fix it.
Could it be a network issue - I have seen other posts where switching to Ethernet seemed to unplug some issue on WiFi - ?

Hi Brendan,
System Preferences>Network, click on the little gear at the bottom next to the + & - icons, (unlock lock first if locked), choose Set Service Order.
The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.

Hi thanks for that. I have an iMac on WiFi, a MacMini on Ethernet and a MacBook Air on Wifi. The only one that is syncing properly is the MacBook Air. The Mac mini won't download from iCloud and is stuck. On the iMac, which is new, I created a new library to download from iCloud but it downloaded some and now says it is uploading and is stuck (has been for days) on the same number. I have a Google WiFi network and I don't know if that is the problem or not - has anyone else experienced problems with Google WiFi?
When I log onto iCloud and look at Photos it says it is locked due to account maintenance - any ideas what this is?
