iPhone 6S plus battery is compatible with iPhone 6 plus?

my iPhone 6 plus battery health shows 77% and it drains out quickly.

When I checked online , some people says iPhone 6S plus battery is compatible with iPhone 6 plus and it is like an upgrade.

Si it possible that we can install iPhone 6S plus battery in iPhone 6 plus?

No, i wouldn't do that. Installing parts from different phones can be very dangerous. Also don't change batteries yourself. Bring them into the Apple Store for service.

The iPhone 6s Plus battery is substantially larger than the one in the 6s. They are most definitely not interchangeable.
