Apple ID disabled

My apple ID has been disabled and I forgot all the security questions and have no recovery email but I still remember my apple ID password. Can someone tell me how can I get my account back?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’


To reset the account's security questions : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
