If you or someone else entered a wrong passcode too many times, your iphone could be disabled. That passcode is stored inside your device, so there's nothing you can do except following the steps provided in this support guide:--> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
