How can I review recent purchases made on my phone?

Think I may have purchased an app twice and not sure how to review recent purchases.

See this, See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support It is very difficult to purchase the same app twice. Once purchased, you should only have the option to download again and not purchase.
