Refund for a purchase

I made a purchase through your system on the game golf clash. It charged me twice. Golf clash has seen the mistake, but they said you would be who refunded the mistake because it was through your system. They told me to screen shot their message and send it to you.


I was charged 34.99 twice for a purchase that can only be made once on the game.


Please and and thank you for your help. I’ll send the 2 screenshots I took also.

No you didn't, you are talking to fellow users on these user forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple.


Contact iTunes Support as instructed to do and see if they will refund you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
