I am not using iMessages. I am using regular text messages. How do I remove one person from the group?

To leave a group text, all participants need to be using iMessage. If you don't see the option to leave, it might mean one or more of the users isn't using a device with iMessage. You can't remove yourself from these group texts, but you can mute the conversation.

This what I don’t like about apple. This is why I'm going to get an android for my next phone. The battery runs too fast and the android has a remove button on regular text messages. What is apple thinking for not including a simple edit choice. So silly.
