I have been trying to update my WhatsApp and it’s not working,I found it difficult to sign in to App Store after signing with my Apple ID.So help me out.
This doesn’t solve the problem I’m encountering,I said whenever I tried to update ,it will try to connect to update but it will not,it will just display the page again.So,try and give me a hint to get it done.Thanks.
Not that you've given information about the problem which you didn't include in your original post, what have you tried to see if you can get it to download ? Different network ? Logged out of the app, closed the app via the phone's taskbar, rebooted ?

What does 'it's not working' mean ? What happens when you try to download it ? What have you tried to see if you can get it to download ?
I’ve done that severally but the problem persisted,I think maybe it’s the Software Update that I’ve not been able to update that is affecting the WhatsApp update.
