Syncing google drive between devices

I enter items or create files in google drive on my iPhone. It doesn’t show up on my google drive on my mini iPad. Can I synch google drive between devices? I thought my google drive was the same no matter where I accessed it.

Sync of icloud drive I share a folder from my icloud drive with my wife. I use an iphone and windows laptop. She uses ipad pro. Ik want to use some files on the ipad. If i add files to that folder it takes forever to sync while syncing between my devices works quit well. How do i quick refresh? Of make the syncing work?

Synce iPad/iPhone Folder App with Mac If I download a document on my iPhone or my iPad, it shows up in the Folder App. I can see that same document on either the iPhone or my iPad. How do I get that to show up on my Mac, too? I don't see that Folder option on the iCloud on the Mac.
