Refund or Transfer apple care plan.

Hi, I'm planning to sell my current macbook pro (non touchbar) and will be buying the new one from 2019 (not available yet in my area). However, I brought Apple Care+ back in May, is it possible to refund the apple care or transfer it to my future device?

Refund Apple Care I got apple care on a new computer but broke it two weeks after getting it. I got a new computer with apple care on it. I need a refund for the apple care on the computer that I broke.
