Am I able to clear up music or radios that i’ve listened to? if so, how?
I personally would like to clear the music i’ve listened to!

The Recently Played lists are automatic, chronological, and non-editable. Items that you listened to long ago, will be further down the line, until they’re out of view or too long ago to be relevant.
On my iPhone, For You’s Recently Played currently lists the last 41 items (albums/playlists/stations) that I played from Apple Music. Radio’s Recently Played currently lists the last 30 stations that I played, but going back a bit further in time than the other list. I assume those numbers reflect on my frequency of use rather than the maximum length of the list.
