Apple Watch repair/upgrade
I have an Apple Watch 3 that needs to be repaired and I wanted to see if I can upgrade the screen from aluminum to titanium and pay an additional fee?

Apple Watch is only available with an aluminum or stainless steel case. You might have a long wait for a titanium model. Regardless, repairs are usually a like for like service exchange replacement, and I have never heard of a payable upgrade as part of the process.
