Scam?

I just received a carbon copy email of a App store purchase which I did not make.

In the middle of the receipt it says I can click on the app and get a full refund if I

did not order it.

I am guessing they will want my cc # which of course I would not give them.

Has anyone else gotten then recently?

iPad, iOS 12
