I pay my grandaughters IPhone bill since she got her new phone our info seems to be connected I have her pics and numbers and she has mine this is annoying any way of fixing this

It sounds like you are sharing an Apple ID and the same iCloud account. When you share an ID, contacts, photos, texts, phone calls, etc. can get shared across the devices using that Apple ID. You should get her an Apple ID of her own and you can use Family Sharing to share purchases.
