ive lost my iphone7 and need to erase all the data from it

If you've already set up Find My Phone you can erase it from iCloud.com.

the phone is not in any service provider. it's an extra phone for my kids to play on. it works with wifi and on my find my iPhone is offline.
Nothing you can do without service.

As noted, if it is offline, there is nothing you can do to erase it.
Do you use Find My iPhone?
If so, open the app, find your iPhone on the list, click it, and then click erase.
