cannot reach iTunes Store from Windows 7, iTunes ver 12.9.5.7

I click on 'Store' button and nothing happens.

See If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books - Apple Support.

(Or do a full tear down and rebuild.)
