cannot reach iTunes Store from Windows 7, iTunes ver 12.9.5.7
I click on 'Store' button and nothing happens.

Saw troubleshooting article link Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Wi… - Apple Community and completely uninstalled and reinstalled all the apple software listed and the problem was resolved.
