Now I am unable to download and install WhatsApp application on my phone

I have iPhone 4 of iOS 7.1.2 version. Now I unable to download and install whatsapp application on my phone. When I am try to download,it stops on waiting and loading...please help me

WhatsApp requires iOS 8 or later. Your phone is too old for it.
