Apple Music

I payed for my apple music subscription but all content that i had and downloaded for years disappeared. i had no saved music. why this happened and what should i do.

Get help with iCloud Music Library - Apple Support

If you can’t see iCloud Music Library on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

First, restart your iOS device.

If you still can't see it after the restart:

1. Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.

2. Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

I had the same thing happen to me, but then out of nowhere, my playlists that I made popped back up. Give it about a few hours or up to a day. They may just randomly pop up again.
