My phone fell to the pool and stopped working.

I would like you to pay for or change my iphone xs due to the damages. My phone accidentally fell down to the pool for 30 seconds no more than 10 cm low and directly stopped working. sometimes it shows green screen and does not react on my actions with it. In the presentation it was told that it is possible to use it up to 30 minutes under water and nothuing will happen to the phone. So, your titles to do correspond to reality. My phone is only 6 months and cannot be worn out to that condition that even 10 seconds in water will damage it. I would not like to write the complain to the Byer Protection Department to ask for the full refund or exchange of the phone, so I am asking you to ask my local representation of Apple to repair my phone for free.
