iCloud password

I got a message to change my Apple ID which I did, then started having problems with the iCloud not recognizing it. Submitted a request for recovery which was done. However it only seem to work for my Mac Pro and iPad, but I am still getting a message to reset my password on the iPhone. How do I get these to sync? Updates on calendar also not updating other devices as it previously did

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 12
