In the latest version of iOS how do you turn on and off the use of cellular data by iCloud drive?
In the Settings App (the gear icon), go to Cellular and scroll through the list of apps there to find the Files App, then turn off the switch.

You turn it off for the Files App, and any other app that may storing files in iCloud Drive, such as Pages, or Word.
Where do you find the switch for the files app. I don’t see it in the gear.
