Unable to sign in

Your Apple ID is tied to the location in which you set it up in. If you've moved to a new location then you need to reconfigure it for the new location, keep in mind that there will be differences in what content you have access to.

Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support

The region of your devices should match the region of your Apple ID (billing address). As a consequence, you do not get to have access to out-of-region content. This is intentional.
