When I call or receive the calls I cant hear other person

Start here:--> If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support

If the issue still persists, since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider: Apple – Location Selector
